1. Order Processing Time

After your order is successfully confirmed, our professional warehouse team will complete internal order verification, product quality inspection and protective packaging within 1 to 3 business days. Weekends and statutory public holidays are excluded from the processing timeline and will not be counted as working days.

During holiday promotion cycles, flash sales and shopping peak seasons, the sharp increase in order volume may slow down daily processing efficiency and lead to slight delays. We will actively send email notifications to all customers once obvious processing delays occur, ensuring timely and transparent order updates.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all orders are automatically calculated based on the actual weight, package size and shipping destination. All specific shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation for your reference.

All quoted delivery durations are for reference only and do not serve as guaranteed arrival deadlines. Actual delivery progress may be affected by uncontrollable external factors, including courier operational delays, prolonged customs clearance reviews, extreme weather, regional logistics capacity limitations and national holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your luggage order completes all pre-shipment inspections and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email that contains exclusive parcel tracking numbers and official carrier inquiry channels.

Please note that tracking information cannot be queried immediately after shipment. Due to conventional logistics system data synchronization, real-time tracking details will be fully updated and available within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are required to carefully check and confirm the accuracy and completeness of the recipient address, postal code and contact information during checkout to avoid parcel misdelivery, detention or return.

ALETHEA NOEL SINGLETON will not bear any responsibility for parcel loss, misdelivery or secondary delivery costs caused by wrong, incomplete or invalid address information provided by customers. Any package returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require additional customer-paid reshipping fees for re-delivery.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages:

If your luggage parcel is confirmed missing or untraceable during cross-border transportation, please contact our customer support team and submit your valid order information within 7 days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics carrier to launch a comprehensive investigation.

Damaged Items:

If your luggage products arrive with broken accessories, deformed structure, scratched surface or damaged packaging upon receipt, please submit a after-sales request within 48 hours of delivery. You need to provide clear original photos of both damaged products and complete outer packaging for verification. Our team will evaluate your case professionally and provide targeted solutions as soon as possible.

6. Luggage Care and Usage Notice

Each luggage and bag product is equipped with professional usage and maintenance instructions. Different materials correspond to unique cleaning and storage methods. Correct daily maintenance can effectively protect product texture and extend the service life of luggage goods.

ALETHEA NOEL SINGLETON is not liable for product damage, wear, deformation or accessory failure caused by overloading, violent collision, improper cleaning, unauthorized disassembly and personal misuse of products.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, customs clearance taxes and other administrative fees formulated by local customs of the destination country. All related charges are borne independently by the customer and are not included in the product price and standard shipping fees.
